The best seafood restaurant in Marsaxlokk

Where can I find the best seafood restaurant in Marsaxlokk? I asked the locals.
After many conversations I ended up walking through this small fishermen village called Marsaxlokk in the south of Malta.
The village is beautiful, the colorful fishermen boats floating all around the bay are a must see, but the most important thing: I went to a restaurant recommended to me by the locals, and found the most delicious seafood in Malta.

The name of the restaurant is Pastaus Lab.
I started with a delicious deep fried squid, and I thought I was going to die by the pleasure I was experiencing. I want to make clear, I have tried deep fried squid many times: In Latin America, Spain, other parts of Europe, and I have to say, this was the best. Now, when I make deep fried squid, I always try to make the way I tasted it at Pastaus Lab. Crunchy on the outside and soft-elastic on the inside, with a little more salt than usual and accompanied with a tasty sauce.

Then I ordered a Fish Carbonara and it was incredible. I have tried carbonara with funghi, carbonara with tartufo, but I never thought fish, eggs and cheese could taste so delicious together. Of course, the reason is: Behind the preparation, there is an incredible chef who can mix all these ingredients that normally do not match together, and make an incredible tasty, creamy fish pasta.
